Winter (Oct–Feb)

Mild weather and comfortable darshan – perfect for families and senior citizens. Book accommodation well in advance for December and January.

Monsoon (Jul–Sep)

Anand Sagar looks lush and green. Crowds are generally lighter except during Ashadhi Ekadashi.

Summer (Mar–Jun)

Hot days but fewer visitors. AC rooms at Anand Vihar are available – morning darshan is recommended.

Yes, the temple at Shegaon is open 365 days a year. The morning session runs from 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and the evening session from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
What should I wear for darshan?
There is no formal dress code, but we request all devotees to dress modestly and respectfully. Traditional Indian attire is appreciated. Please avoid shorts, sleeveless tops, or revealing clothing on the temple premises.
Does the Sansthan offer a free bus from the railway station?
Yes, a complimentary shuttle service operates between Shegaon Railway Station (SGO) and the main temple throughout the darshan hours. Buses depart regularly from the station’s main exit.
